Garden of Eden Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Ménage à Trois Limelight Pinot Grigio
• 1 ounce gin
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 can of orange seltzer
• 2 dill sprigs
• 1 basil sprig
• 1 green apple, chopped
• 1 cucumber, chopped
• 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions:

• In a mixing glass add Ménage à Trois Limelight, gin, simple syrup, and ice.
• Stir for 20 seconds.
• In a tall glass, add ice, chopped apples, cucumber, and tomatoes.
• Strain cocktail into glass and top with orange seltzer.
• Garnish with basil and dill. Enjoy!
