Due to high order volume, shipping delays may occur. For processing and packaging, please allow 1–3 business days from the time that your order was submitted for your order to ship. Please be advised that once your order has been picked up by the carrier (i.e. FedEx or UPS) we no longer have control over any additional shipping delays that may occur within transit by carrier. We highly recommend choosing either our Two-Day Air or Next-Day Air expedited shipping options if your order must be received within a short turn-around time. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping Times

Ground Your order will arrive 2–10 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Two-Day Air Your order will arrive 2 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Next Day Your order will arrive 1 business day after it leaves our warehouse.

 

Weather Holds

Unfortunately, Mother Nature does not always cooperate when it comes to shipping wine and we are committed to ensuring smooth delivery so that you can enjoy your order at its best. To ensure safe transport, we review the delivery route for each shipment and look to identify conditions that could put the quality of your product at risk.  If weather or extreme temperatures pose a threat, we will place the order on hold until conditions improve.

 

Need it fast? We can help.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend that you upgrade to Two-Day Air Shipping to reduce the amount of time your order spends in poor weather. You can select this option when checking out and we will not place the order on hold.

If you would like us to ship your order despite the heat/cold, using Ground service, we are happy to do so. Please leave us a Note on your order stating that you would like to ship despite the weather advisory. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in optimum condition. We are not able to refund orders that are shipped despite our weather hold. If you do not select one of the above options, we will send you an email notification with your expected ship and delivery dates.
