Trinchero Family Estates has embraced its responsibility to the environment and community since the Trinchero family made Napa Valley their home in 1948.
Today, Trinchero Family Estates remains rooted in agriculture and committed to sustainable farming with more than 10,000 acres of vineyards throughout Napa Valley, Sonoma, Lake, Amador and Santa Barbara Counties, and vast Central Coast and inland valleys.
Every employee upholds the winery’s values that the Trinchero family established more than 70 years ago–always making strides in sustainable farming, organic and biodynamic sourcing, waste reduction, recycling, water conservation and energy efficiency to prepare the business for the next generation.

Many California vineyards are currently transitioning to organic farming methods to attain USDA Organic certifications. We also take action to reduce our impact on the environment with sustainable practices like owl boxes, composting, and tracking and encouraging biodiversity.
We are working toward a lighter footprint and a lower carbon future with environmentally conscious packaging like Tetra Pak® used by Bandit wines and a selection of Sutter Home wines.
