The Paloma Mocktail is a bright twist on a classic. SEAGLASS Alcohol-Removed Pinot Grigio brings crisp elegance, while fresh grapefruit and lime juices add a burst of citrus vibrancy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz agave syrup
  • 1 cup SEAGLASS Alcohol-Removed Pinot Grigio
  • 4 oz sparkling water
  • Juice of half of a grapefruit
  • Juice of half of a lime
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  • In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, pinch of salt, and SEAGLASS Alcohol-Removed Pinot Grigio with ice.
  • Shake until cold then strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime. Cheers!
