Negroni Sbagliato Cocktail

A sparkling twist on the classic Negroni

Menage a trois negroni sbagliato wine cocktail recipe
Quite possibly one of the greatest “mistakes” in bartending history, the Negroni Sbagliato came about when a busy bartender in Milan accidentally grabbed the Prosecco instead of the traditional gin while mixing a Negroni. Subsequently, the bar patron ended up loving the drink, and thus, the Negroni Sbagliato (translation: the Negroni Mistake) was born. Adapted from a recipe by The Straight Up, we’ve made our own accidental apéritif using Ménage à Trois Prosecco. Cheers to making mistakes!
