Eggnog Frosting

This eggnog & white chocolate frosting is great on cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, or even to dip cookies or fruit in!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup high-quality eggnog, warmed
  • 2 ounces white chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggnog, melted white chocolate, and vanilla until combined.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and nutmeg and mix well. Spread the frosting onto the warm rolls.
