FRE grapefruit rosemary mocktail
The herbaceous flavors of rosemary and punch of citrus from grapefruit juice compliment the crisp flavors of FRE Sparkling Brut in this mocktail recipe.

Rosemary simple syrup ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice
  • grapefruit zest
  • fresh rosemary

Directions:

  • Combine all the above ingredients in a pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 6 minutes until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Cool the grapefruit rosemary simple syrup before using.

Grapefruit Rosemary Mocktail Ingredients:

  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup
  • 4 oz FRE Sparkling Brut
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • Fresh rosemary and grapefruit to garnish

Directions:

  • Pour the above ingredients into a glass over ice and garnish with rosemary and grapefruit!
