Create this semi-frozen mocktail using FRE Alcohol-Removed White Zinfandel. Crafting this icy alcohol-removed beverage with a bottle of FRE White Zinfandel will allow you to enjoy the fragrant strawberry and cranberry aromas of the wine.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 bottles of FRE Alcohol-Removed White Zinfandel
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Directions:

  • Pour 1 bottle of FRE White Zinfandel into a freezable serving vessel or baking dish and place in the freezer.
  • Every 2-3 hours, remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork to create shaved ice.
  • Granita is ready when it is fully frozen in shaved pieces, about 8-10 hours.
  • Scoop mixture into your favorite glass and top with fresh mint.
