wine flaunts zesty citrus and passionfruit aromas with honeydew melon, grapefruit
and lime flavors that are accented by spice and mineral notes on the palate.
Winemaker Notes
Made in a classic, cool-climate style that evokes New Zealand, our Sauvignon Blanc
is bright and refreshing. To accentuate its fresh citrus, melon aromas and brisk,
slightly grassy flavors, the wine is cold-fermented at 60°F and aged exclusively in
temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
