Sutter Home Chenin Blanc is a wonderful white wine, offering delicate citrus and
apple blossom aromas with vivid fruit flavors. Tart green apple, rich peach, juicy
pear, and ripe melon mingle on the palate, perfectly balanced by crisp acidity on
the finish.
Winemaker Notes
To retain the fresh, fruity character of our Chenin Blanc, winemakers gently press
the grapes in tank presses, then cold-ferment the juice at 60°F. Afterwards, the wine
is aged entirely in stainless steel tanks. The result is a brisk, refreshing, fruity wine.
