If weather or extreme temperatures pose a threat, we will place the order on hold until conditions improve.

If you need your order urgently, we recommend that you upgrade to 2-Day Air Shipping to reduce the amount of time your order spends in the bad weather. You can select this option when checking out and we will not place the order on hold.
If you would like us to ship your order despite the heat/cold, using Ground service, we are happy to do so. Please leave us a Note on your order stating that you would like to ship despite the weather advisory. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in optimum condition. We are not able to refund orders that are shipped despite our weather hold. If you do not select one of the above options, we will send you an email notification with your expected ship and delivery dates.
