Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to current wine shipping laws and FDA restrictions, wine and food products purchased cannot be returned. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us by phone at 707-302-3004 or via email at [email protected], and we will work with you to ensure that you have a positive experience with your order from One Stop Wine Shop!

Cancellation and Order Change Policy:

Changes to an order can only be made while your order is still in the processing window. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately! Once your order has shipped from the warehouse facility, we are unable to make changes to an order without incurring additional shipping costs for recalling and reshipping an alternate order.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible! We are happy to assist with canceling your order when needed. However, please note that if your order has already left the processing window and has been sent to the carrier for shipping transit, we must recall the package from the carrier and the applied order refund will have shipping costs deducted.

Returned Package by Carrier Policy:

If, by some circumstances you have missed all delivery attempts of the carrier and your order has been returned to our facility, please contact us immediately so our customer service team can assist you with resolving this issue. You can request either a reshipment or a cancellation. However, please be aware that additional charges for re-shipments will apply, and the original shipping rate will be deducted from the refund if a cancellation is requested.

Received Broken or Damaged Wine Policy:

If you have received your order and it appears to have been damaged by the carrier in transit to you, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of shipping to review the damage status of your order and assist with resolving this issue. Our team will get in contact with the carrier service regarding the handling of the package and will work with you on rectifying and resolving your order as soon as possible.

If you believe that the wine you have received has been flawed or damaged within the bottle, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately to resolve this issue. Please note that sediment and particles located at the bottom of a wine bottle are common and naturally occurring throughout the aging process. While they may develop in your bottle(s) overtime, they do not cause any flaws or harm to the wine itself.
